Reflection on Feild Research Worksheet-
In reflection of the interview, everything that peter has stated is what I thought physiothrapy would be.
Personally I cant wait to deal with a diversity of clients with different issue and problems, I believe it will feel like such an achievement to be able to help someone rehabilitate and recover from an injury or problem. To be apart of the process from the get go and watching someone process session after session is something that I really look forward to when thinking about my future and what I want to do.
Peter also says he enjoys the relationship he has within his work place. Personally I think the having a good relationship with your fellow work colleagues is vital. this is definitely something I will be searching for once I graduate from University and begin my job search.
I believe the main condition I would enjoy dealing with the most is knee injuries. This is because I personally have incurred knee injuries playing sport and have been through the process of ACL reconstruction and rehabilitation through seeing physios. Therefore I feel like I will have more to offer to someone with a knee injury as I can relate to them and be an example to say that your sporting days aren't over you can get better and you can still play at the level you once were at.
Overall from the interview, physiotherapy is 100% the career path I intend on taking and I can not wait to find myself within a physiotherapy clinic, working with my colleagues, meeting new clients everyday and helping them along there rehabilitation journey.
